Perhaps you, like more than half a million other pilots have taken a break from flying. Sometimes, life, the job, family or finances may have caused you to put your love of aviation on hold.
But remember, once a pilot, always a pilot! You don't need to start from scratch or take another checkride. Your pilot certificate never expires.
Easier than you think!: One of the main advantages of working with a Part 61 training club and private flight instructor is the flexibility it offers. Unlike larger flight schools, which may have a set schedule, you'll work with your private instructor to design a personalized training plan that fits your schedule and learning pace. This allows you to refresh those rusty skills, get some instructor help and get current and back in the sky again.
Getting Current: You might need to relearn some essential skills or just the extra confidence from flying with a skilled instructor. Do you need to complete a Biennial Flight Review? Have some fun while working through your skills, with just the attention where and when you need it. Our club instructors can provide you with personalized feedback and guidance to help you regain confidence and become a better pilot.
Cost-Effective: Working with a Part 61 training club and your private flight instructor can lead to significant cost savings. You'll fly in our own aircraft each lesson, a well maintained and equipped Cessna 172. You can schedule your lessons on your schedule, allowing you to progress rapidly if you desire.
